Welcome!

I have long felt that there has been a lot of disrespect and a lack of critical thought in our modern discourse. Too many of us go for shock value rather than engaging in the more mundane conversations that actually matter. This community is a place to discuss all topics political and philosophical in a manner that is respectful to ideas that might be different from yours. Through active listening and serious self reflection we can arrive at a place where all voices are heard, but we can make our own decisions.

The podcasts for this community are broken up into several categories, including politics, philosophy, and self improvement. Though many of the recordings will include my own personal opinions on things, I am not here to tell you what you should think. The goal is to get you to start thinking critically for yourself so you can learn to disagree with others without turning to anger speech.

Many of you will disagree with my points of view, but I do my best to present my views in a way that is non-confrontational, and I hope that through this example many others will learn to do the same. Help me spread an attitude of understanding and reason be sharing these podcasts with others!
